1. Marketplace & Seller Listings

Every product listing submitted by sellers or donors is subject to mandatory inspection and review by PlayBridge administrators. PlayBridge reserves the right to reject gear that does not meet safety, authenticity, or structural integrity standards.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pricing Policy

Equipment listed on PlayBridge is priced at dignified goodwill rates (typically 10–15% of new retail value). Buyers agree to pay the stated order total upon inspection and delivery at the specified doorstep address.

3. Platform Communication

To maintain transparency and buyer protection, all product inquiries and support queries are mediated through PlayBridge administrators. Direct off-platform messaging between buyers and sellers is prohibited.
